Refund / Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a 1:1 session (astrology, tarot, Reiki/energy) free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be accommodated only where a new slot is available.

Cancellations by You

• Cancelled 24 hours or more before the session: full refund or credit toward a future session, your choice.
• Cancelled less than 24 hours before the session: 50% of the session fee will be retained to cover the reserved time.
• No-shows (not joining the session and not notifying us): non-refundable.

Cancellations by Us

If we need to cancel or reschedule due to illness, an emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled slot at your convenience — whichever you prefer.

Courses & Certifications

For paid courses, a full refund is available if you cancel at least 72 hours before the course start date. Once a course has begun, fees become non-refundable, as materials, attunements and initiations have already been shared with you. In genuine exceptional circumstances, please contact us — refunds outside this window are considered case by case, at our discretion.

Refund Eligibility & Method

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Any payment gateway or bank charges deducted at the time of the original transaction are non-refundable.
